THE INITIATIVE

THE PLOT:

Spike has escaped the secret government base he was taken too and now he's on the prowl for Willow, only one problem. The V chip inside his head that gives him great pain whenever he thinks of killing a living creature.

THE OPINION:

Even though it's just Spike as the baddie again, there's this part where he tries to kill Willow but is embarrassed that he can't perform and she's like "There, there". It's so freakin' funny.
